Meetings: The BCC meets on the 1st and 3rd Monday's of each month. The first meeting of the month is our Concept/Presentation/Field Trip night. This is the night were we try to teach our members about their camera, or hear from a guest speaker, or even the occasional field trip to a shooting location or other noteworthy trip. The 2nd meeting of the month (the third Monday) is reserved for competitions. Beginning and Advanced members computer with up to 6 images (3 projected + 3 print). Even if you don't want to enter, we encourage attendance on Comp Night to learn from the judging and critiquing of the entries...or just have fun watching the spectacle.
Other Events occur during the course of the year on Regular Intervals, including:
Peoples Choice Expo - Held at Parkdale Mall in Early Spring
Summer Photography Show - Held at the BAL, Mid-Summer
End of Year Contest - Winners from the Monthly Competitions, plus a wildcard, go head-to-head for top honors and prizes.
